Hermes is often associated with mischief and being cunning or clever. Believed to be the son of both Zeus (the King of 12 Olympian Gods, and the God of thunder, weather, law, and order) and Maia (Goddess of the fields). Hermes is said to easily and swiftly move between the world of mortals and the divine, due to this he is often looked as a psychopomp or guide for those moving into the spirit realm.
